Coronavirus has brought about profound and long-lasting changes in all our lives, the rapid spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) is currently confronting us all with unusual challenges and is affecting our daily lives. Together with our suppliers and delivery partners, Even though the lockdown phase is over for most of us and many things have returned to normal in everyday life, we still have a huge order volume that needs to be processed.we try to deliver your shipments on time and ensure the usual high quality of service. In addition to the well-being of our customers, we also always have the health of our employees in mind. To this end we have taken extensive protective measures, above all strict hygiene regulations and access restrictions in our logistics centre. In order to be able to inform you about any delivery delays or delivery bottlenecks at any time and in a transparent manner, we have created this page, which will keep you up to date on a daily basis.

Why? There are two main reasons for this. On the one hand, many of our suppliers and sub-suppliers from Europe, USA, China have fallen behind with production due to coronavirus and the closure of some production facilities. All the information provided to us by our suppliers is passed on to you 1:1, meaning that both we and you are now unfortunately facing delivery delays. Please be assured that our procurement, logistics and customer service departments are working at peak performance every day and we are doing everything possible to complete your orders as soon as possible. On the other hand, the delivery companies have been extremely overstretched for months and, despite their best efforts, with a long delay and not with the usual level of service. All of this has meant that we currently have such a high volume of calls and emails that our customer service team is up to 2 working days behind in responding to enquiries, despite our combined efforts. At this point, we would like to thank you for your understanding for this situation and ask for a little more patience. Coronavirus has taken us all by surprise and, even though we are in the fortunate position to have received many orders, we are in the middle of the supply chain and are facing delays from our suppliers and delivery services ourselves.



++ We will continue to process your order as usual even in the current situation. Goods in stock will be prepared for dispatch within 2-3 working days. However, there are currently delivery bottlenecks with our shipping service providers, so that you must expect an extended delivery time. ++
